About the Department
The Bradford/Sullivan Drug & Alcohol Single County Authority (SCA) is responsible for the delivery of Drug & Alcohol services in the area of prevention, intervention and treatment within Bradford and Sullivan counties. The SCA assesses the needs within the county and develops programs that are designed to meet those needs using the most efficient means possible. Some of those needs are best met by contracting for services with out of county providers. The SCA acts on behalf of the Bradford County Commissioners to manage State and Federal grants.
Department Services
Drug and Alcohol services are important to those in need. The drug and alcohol program of Bradford and Sullivan Counties can assist those in need in the following ways; Evaluation and Referral, Outpatient, D&A Partial Hospitalization, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Halfway House, Intensive Case Management and Methadone Maintenance. In addition we offer special and immediate services for; Pregnant Injecting Drug Users, Pregnant Substance Abuse Users, Intravenous Drug Users and Addicted Women with Children.

Director
Phil Cusano:
Phil started with Bradford/Sullivan Drug & Alcohol programs in 1994 as a Treatment Specialist. He is a Certified Addiction Counselor and has been the Director of Bradford/Sullivan Drug & Alcohol Single County Authority since 1999.
