June 2, 2024 – RUN WITH A VIEW
Run with a View takes place at our beautiful Mt. Pisgah County Park.
This year’s race will be held June 2, 2024. A clearly marked 5k course through the woods and paths of gorgeous Mt. Pisgah County Park. This is a trail race not a road race. You’ll be running up/over/around/through rocks, tree roots, grass, dirt and a few hills. It is a little more challenging than your normal 5k run and is not stroller friendly. You will DEFINITELY have fun!
Registration is $15 and all runners that register before May 29th will receive a free race shirt on the day of the race.

July 20, 2024 – Sunfish Shuffle
Sunfish Shuffle is a lap race that goes around the pond at Sunfish Pond County Park. The race is a 3 hour event and the winner is determined by how many laps a runner can do within those 3 hours.
All proceeds from this race are donated to The Northern Tier Veterans Group. Registration is $15 and all runners that register before June 29th will receive a free race shirt on the day of the race.

8th Annual Northern Tier Veterans Group Veterans Appreciation Day Picnic
Picnic Honoring area Veterans will be held at Mountaineer Park in Monroeton Saturday, June 8, 2024 Noon-4:00 pm.
All Veterans are invited, guests pay $5. First 400 Veterans will receive a shirt!
Activities include: Presentation of quilts by the Quilts of Valor Foundation, Penn York Highlanders Ladies From Hell Pipe Band and a DJ.
