Department Description
The Bradford County Airport Authority was founded in 1986 by its five surrounding municipalities. Between 1986 and 1991, all five municipalities adopted airport zoning. In 2001, the Bradford County Commissioners reformed the authority and set the board at five members from throughout the county. The Bradford County Airport Authority is the owner of the airport and meets monthly at the airport office at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. The board is charged with the development of the airport.
