The purpose of the BeST Transit (formerly Endless Mountain Transportation Authority (EMTA) board is to promote, directly or through subcontracted transportation, services vital to economic development and the delivery of human services, where such services are not provided conveniently or efficiently by the private sector. Meetings held 4th Wednesday of the month.
