Department Description
The Assessment Office has the responsibility to maintain uniform and fair market values on over 36,000 properties in the county. This office administers the clean and green program, and maintains the homestead, farmstead and occupation databases for the local school districts.
Services Provided
Services provided by the Assessment Office include:
- Public information on occupation and real estate assessments
- Certification of deeds before they are recorded
- Clean and green forms
- Occupation and real estate appeal forms
Report Fees:
- Electronic or Paper Report $500.00
- Monthly Sales Comparison Report $500.00 (per year)
